standard addition recovery in commercial corn samples

Commercial corn samples pre-treated, spiked with AFB1 standards, and measured by the ECL sensor; SI preparation used 1 g crushed sample with 5 mL 70% methanol, shaken 4 h, centrifuged 6000 rpm for 10 min, and diluted with PBS.
